RecordProvenanceChip
Compact chip indicating that a piece of derived content (summary, AI extraction, timeline entry) is backed by N source records. Click opens a dialog listing the linked records, labs, imaging, and visits — all sourced from the clinical record corpus (Epic exports, Drive PDFs, manual uploads). Color encodes provenance only: this chip always reads as 'clinical record' (domain-clinical tokens), since the picker shows clinical-record-typed sources. Per the two-axis color rule, the visual variant prop (inline/block) controls layout, never color.

The chip itself is provenance-uniform (clinical record). The dialog shows the actual backing items — Epic visit notes, Drive PDFs, lab reports, imaging studies. Click any chip below to see the dialog (note: live data requires the records API).
